Dunkin' - Lehighton

Parking can be difficult, but it’s manageable. Unfortunately, my food orders are consistently incorrect. For instance, the avocado toast came with tomatoes, even though I didn’t want them, and the second time I ordered, my sandwich was missing them altogether.

Despite having 6 people working and 3 ordering, it took 7 minutes to get a hot chocolate. Then it was water. I suggest they check their machine instead of just waiting for it to run out. Was miles away on way to appt when I found out.

I waited 20 minutes for a coffee and hot chocolate, and unfortunately, both were prepared incorrectly. The two staff members on duty seemed disorganized, spilling things and arguing about who was leaving first.

If I could give this place zero stars, I definitely would. It was filthy. They attempted to use bacon that had been sitting out on the counter for who knows how long. To make matters worse, the cook wiped her nose while still wearing her gloves as she prepared our food. We requested a refund because we refused to eat anything from there. They contacted the manager, who simply told us to leave our name and phone number. We ended up leaving without a refund for the food we had paid for. I've since called and emailed corporate about this issue.

Best Dunkin..Awesome coffee, best wake up wraps. Nicest staff. Yes, better than Palmerston and worth the drive!
