Zizzi - Leicester Belvoir Street

Venue is large and has ample screens but let down by the food and management . Ordered a Njuda Nachos so was expecting it to be meaty but received what I thought was regular nachos with salsa. Showed this to the waiter who couldn’t see any Sausage in it. The manager eventually came out stating it is mixed through the sauce but can’t be seen. There was hardly any sauce meaning that less than a bite of a small sausage might have been present. I was refunded 2/3rds of the cost . They brought out cash and I didn’t count it initially but when I did it was short a £2. I didn’t challenge this, having realised they just don’t have much of a clue here and that I’d rather watch the sport I was there for than kick up any more if a fuss. Bottom line just remove that dish from the menu if that is the actual dish. And when you say sorry and refund a customer just refund the whole dish why skimp on the last £2? There was plenty of attitude also so these guys just don’t really care. Shame because potential is there with size of the venue and screens everywhere. Perfect for drink and watching sport only just leave the food alone .

My friends and I visited Walkabout Leicester a couple of months ago and it was great!! I had never been before so my friends decided to introduce me to the bar. I was really impressed with how friendly and polite the staff and doormen were and they made us all feel very safe. I loved it so much that we are going again this coming weekend.
