There couldn't be a cuter lunch spot on a summer day. Ruukki's bakery has been converted into a cafe-restaurant. There are quite a lot of tables in the courtyard, so you can choose whether you want to sit in the sun or in the shade. The menu is not long, but quite sufficient: hamburgers with french fries and salad. Soup day is on Sundays. Coffee and something to drink. Everything is fresh and made on the spot. A toilet (not accessible) has also been built behind the building. Close to artisan shops, a miller's shop, a blacksmith's workshop. You can also swim. You can explore the Kaarlo Kangasniemi medal museum or take a peek at how Ruukki's workers used to live.
