Can I give this place a negative rating? I dislike McDonald's, but my boyfriend enjoys it. Our orders are consistently wrong and the staff's attitude is unpleasant throughout the establishment.
Every time I go to this restaurant, I have to wait in the drive-thru for at least 20 minutes. By the time I finally receive my food, it is already cold.
