I've been eating at many of the PT's grills since the first one opened in 1990 and the food has remained good and consistent the entire time. Best burger and fries combo around. Love the seasoning on the fries.

Food is still good but service has gone way down hill... Closing early, randomly closing the dining room or outside dining area early

The burger and fries had way too much salt on them. The number one rule in cooking you can always add more but you can't take it back once you've put it in

The staff is always very friendly and welcoming. I honestly can't complain about the food, the fry season is not my favorite with the heavy lemon, but that doesn't mean you don't like it. The only reason why there are not 5 stars is when we go there, there are always dirty tables and you need to clean your own table to sit down. I have the feeling that the staff got used to it and there is no urgency when the customers get up, go and get their tables clean.

As a first-time customer, I was extremely satisfied with both the food and the service. I will definitely return to dine there again.
