Mcdonald's - Lemont

I thought I ordered the breakfast deluxe, but I only have 3 pancakes and 1 sausage. I took the food to the counter and asked why I got something else than what I ordered. Apparently it was my fault, but they fixed it after I asked and offered to pay the difference, but I was told not to worry, perfect customer service

Mikaen has a great heart.. while on break he was smiling and laughing with my little guys.. when I said I 'm sorry they 're maniacs he responded no, they 're cute.. just having a good time ... kindness goes a long way .. James also aids in making out visits to this location great.. we come here often and have never waited long.. even when it 's high traffic hour.. play place is always clean and looks great

This restaurant has a fantastic atmosphere and is always kept clean, which our child really enjoys! However, last Sunday morning we had to wait 15 minutes for one children's meal and two sandwiches. It seemed like everyone was experiencing similar delays with their food. We even joked that next time we should just drive there and take it to the playground because it would probably be quicker!

The order was prepared quickly. The food was served hot, fresh, and tasted great. The staff were friendly and attentive, and I noticed them sanitizing surfaces after each customer.

I ordered a chicken sandwich, fries, and a drink. Everything was prepared exactly as I requested and was served fresh and hot. I had no issues with my meal; in fact, it completely satisfied my cravings. The chicken sandwich was tender, crispy, and juicy—absolutely delicious. I've been wanting to eat it ever since, and I never get tired of it. The fries came in a generous portion, were hot and crispy, and were perfectly seasoned with just the right amount of salt. I also appreciated that my drink was refreshingly cold, yet still flavorful. Overall, it was a fantastic experience!
