Burger King - Lenoir City

The first word that came to my mind was, Wow. So fantastic food. Stellar service. The Drive-Thru specialist was extremely polite. For a remarkable meal, this special Burger King is one of the best.

I had one of my best experiences at this restaurant in a long time. Typically, the staff isn't very friendly, and the food is just average. However, everything was perfect during my visit today. The customer service was fantastic. At the first window, the staff member greeted me with a smile and a warm welcome. At the second window, the cashier was also friendly and politely asked if I could move forward to wait for my food. When I received my order, the young lady greeted me with yet another smile. My food was hot and fresh when I tasted it! Great job today, Lenoir City BK!

The management needs to be more actively involved with the staff to maintain a harmonious atmosphere. This is what teamwork is all about.

My all-time favorite fast food spot! The drive-thru service has been consistently fast during my recent visits. I lived in Lenoir City for 20 years before moving to Fairbanks, Alaska, which has a lot of options for living space. The cost of living here is relatively comparable to the wages people earn. Alaska also has many well-paying job opportunities.
