Coffee House Waffle Shop - Lenoir

Decent food... a notch above waffle house but below Bob Evans. Today it took 45 minutes to get my breakfast. Tempted to say they were understaffed but in reality they have two grill stations that were both manned. So I'm not sure what the problem was. Wish I could give a higher rating but 45 minutes for sausage and eggs just isnt reasonable

Yikes, didn't meet expectations. My expectations for this kind of breakfast all day place aren't that high to start with but this came well short. Quality of food was noticeably lacking. Appearance was not appealing as some things have just been let go and not kept up to standard. Wait staff was friendly but not trained well and seemed limited by what they had to work with. I'm honestly surprised this place is able to remain open, it must be weekend breakfast crowd that keeps afloat. They might should consider changing hours of operation if this is what the supper time is like. I would not reccomend at all.

Stars for location and prompt service during the afternoon. Unhealthy and low quality food with limited choices however. Apparently offered varieties of coffee in the past but now serving the same sysco mix same as other food chains. Keeping expectations low would be best.

Well if you have ever eaten a greasy spoon breakfast type place, you know what to expect. Friendly people, fairly clean, and eggs cooked to your order. Be sure and leave a nice tip. If you eat here more than a few times they will remember your name and your order. Cool huh?

Overall, the food is good, the service is reasonable, and they're open 24/7. I think this is one of the best places in the area to get breakfast. The dinner isn't anything bash on either, I love their burgers and french fries, and they satisfy my cravings. I also enjoy the atmosphere of the restaurant; it is very laid back.
