New Saigon Oriental Noodle House

Zomg. WHAT ARE YOU DOING PEOPLE?? ORDER FROM THE FILIPINO MENU! My friends and I almost died eating the crispy Kare Kare and pork sisig last night because saying 'yummm ' over and over again while trying to chew AND breathe is incompatible with life.

Actual iced tea was more or less just half of the glass(full of ice) and it wasn't refillable. Pad thai was great

First meal here was just average. Vermicelli, sauce, and all meats were good except for the shrimp, quite dry. Bubble tea didn't have enough flavor added, first half tasted OK, the rest was light in taste and a lot of ice chunks. Pearls were clumped together in a mass at the bottom and hard in the centers.

It was an okay taste, but compared to every other charbroiled pork vermicelli I’ve eaten this was bland and bare. The bean sprouts were very soft, which made me question the freshness. I wish it had been topped with peanuts. The noodles were very dry without the sauce. I would never order their spring rolls again.

I was excited to try this new Viet noodle place; however I was disappointed. I ordered the Ming Ming spicy satay from their online menu at newsaigon.ca; the soup I received did not compare or even look the same. The lime, basil, chilli oil (like in the picture), and onions were absent. The broth was not spicy, had zero peanut flavour, and was overly sweet and salt. The meat portion was three half meatballs (not six like in the picture) with three very small slices of rare beef. Their online menu looked amazing; however, what I received was not the same.
