This is an amazing restaurant. Great atmosphere and personable, efficient service. I ordered the Caprese salad which was very flavourful and fresh - delicious dressing and great presentation. Hands down one of the tastiest lunches I have experienced. I would highly recommend.
This is a great restaurant. The food was excellent and well presented, albeit from a relatively small menu. Jazz music courtesy of vinyl records. Service was excellent and knowledgeable. Wine menu was also fairly short but more than adequate for the menu.
This is by far the best dining experience in Lethbridge. The chef only uses fresh products, many of which are locally grown. We have eaten there many times and have yet to be disappointed. The servers are top notch and always very friendly and accommodating. Highly recommend the Plum for any family or business event!!
I guess disappointment comes in many forms. The 2.5 score is food based. The loss of 2.5 award points is because the service on this occasion was poor, unresponsive, forgetful and frankly pretentious. When a customer asks to reward and pay the evening bill, every accommodation should be made to simply do that, make it happen. Excuses like, we "stopped using American Express because it was too expensive" isn't my problem as a consumer of fine foods at the conclusion of a business meeting. My response is, fix it. Next, when you have an extra customer show up and increase a group size by one (we're talking 5 people total), placing us by the door at the smallest table possible is unacceptable. You should have offered the back door next to the kitchen. Creativity in seating is a challenge. To leave on a positive note, the cheese plate excelled! Most likely will move on and look for a restaurants that takes Amex...and likes taking money.
