Best vegan sushi in Leuven area! Also the owners were incredibly friendly and even invited us to a spicy celery soup! Absolutely recommended

Different vegan options, both dishes and sushi, this is also separate in the menu, so don't look.

We took the Sakura vegan combi. Beautiful sushi, several choices, beautiful presentation, we liked them all. While waiting, the friendly waitress brought us some edamame nicely baked (bored? . We also liked the Gyōza with the various sauces. The Wakame salad was big compared to what I had elsewhere.

The owners of Nobu Sushi are aware to expand their vegan offer. They try regularly new vegan options. Hopefully this will soon result in many new hot options! Updated copy on 2022-02-03
