3.99% charge for debit cards and credit cards: I am only one to complain when the principle hits home for me. not many people carry cash so businesses are now capitalizing on this, i can adapt to change but credit card fees is a cost of doing business,businesses are now making money off of it. doesnt seem right to me, maybe to you and thats ok but i know where i will no longerbe spending my money

Drinks are expired, photo was taken on June 28th 2022 Employees don't ask if your want to take away or eating in. They didn't ask what kind of bagel you like to have on your menu and credit card payment was not possible, tried 3 times with 2 differentcredit cards. I'm coming since years and service is getting worse from year to year

This place is no longer bagel town of Levittown it's now called pantanos bagles every review you have read is true the bagles are like stale rocks at 6:30 am and 3.44 for a bagel with butter not worth the money don't waste your money like have go somewhere else this place will not be here long since they don't even make the bagles on site they ship them in from somewhere. I give this place zero stars worst ever

Things have changed and changed quickly! I miss the mom and pop nature of their food and business. Seems more commercialized now and smaller everything at higher prices. No onion pockets left by 9am? The only plus was that my bacon egg and cheese on an everything bagel was ready in record time. It tasted great, a little saltier than usual and extra extra small bagel. Good luck to the new owners. There seem to be more options, better signage, faster service. I am not sure the value is still there for the prices. I will try some other places before coming back to this old favorite of mine.

We went a few days ago to this local place. Seems they are family owned for the duration of their store opening. (though I have no idea if that makes it a better place to eat in) They always have a help wanted sign in the window. We ordered we got our food. It was rather Piece meal service. As we were eating there The bagel came first and was not toasted well, I went up and they redid a fresh one. The coffee I went up and a lovely girl different than the one who took my order gave us coffee in cups but we had to taste them to know which was which. the meal came later out in a box though I'd asked for a plate ok big deal. One order came with a small juice but not the egg omelet. Food was average. I give it 2 stars only As I noticed the 10% discount for Seniors and questioned it after we had just paid. Seems they owe me a big Dollar and eighty cents. As the girl who had taken the order said/ I had to have requested that and done that before I paid. So I should know for next time. (see pix) (sign does not notate that) and, who knew? Ok so it won't break my bank but it definitely was an annoyance and an attitude of the help of how employees deal with it. You know, the mind sync of focusing on that instead of enjoying the meal. Credit Card use seems these days people make up a different amount for using the society taught to use card, as you go. This one (see pix) is 3.99%. The bagels mine was just ok and a bit chewy not especially freshly soft even toasted. The array of bagel choices was pretty good (see pix) as the sign list many varieties and also notes that they do not have all at types at any one time. Cleanliness everything appeared clean. Customers there were a sufficient amount at lunch time when we went. We were in the area, it was convenient instead of going to the other bagel place, so we went there. Would I ever go back. Yeah if it suited me. But I would not make a special effort to be there as to another bagel place.
