Burger King - Levittown

Burger King really doesn't care about customer service. You can eat in the dinning area but only if you order your food through mobile order. If you want to order at the restaurant you need to use the drive thru they won't let you order inside the restaurant but eatting inside is totally fine. I don't understand why you can eat in the dinning room but not order your food inside. I think the management at this location needs to be replaced.

During the state wide social distancing order we have been branching out and trying places we haven't been to before. I have had Burger King in the past but I am not a regular customer at all. I wanted to try this location as it is close to my home and they were offering 2 free kids meals with purchase which I couldn't pass up with having 2 hungry boys. The app is very intuitive. Easy to add the offers to my order and easy to customize every item I ordered. Pickup is just as simple with just having to provide the order number in the drive thru. We were all really impressed with the quality of the food as well. If we do get Fast Food we usually go to the one with the arches for the kids. The food at BK was much better from a visual and taste standpoint. What you order looks like the picture. The spicy chicken sandwich was amazing as well. Just enough spice to get your mouth watering. I was very impressed. My wife was happy they had shakes as well with many different options available as well. We have since ordered again and it was just as good as the first time. Keep up the excellent job.

Good place to catch up with friends. bring your appetite because portions are large. feels like a place in charlotte that i enjoyed visiting.

I almost never give 5 stars because I always find something wrong with the store. I can NOT believe how nice and clean it is here. The staff is friendly and everything is well organized. We didn't wait long for our order and it came out perfect. There's actual live plants that add to the decor. And to top it off there's a really nice play area for the kids. I'm impressed. Well done!!!!

The app was very user-friendly. I simply added the offers to my order and made any necessary adjustments. Picking up the food was just as easy; I only had to provide the order number at the drive-thru. We were all pleasantly surprised by the quality of the food. When we go for fast food, we usually stick to the usual options for the kids. However, the food at Burger King looked and tasted much better than expected. Everything we ordered resembled the pictures. The spicy chicken sandwich was particularly outstanding—just the right amount of spice to excite the taste buds. I was also impressed that they offered a variety of shakes, which made my wife happy. Since that first visit, we've continued to order from there, and the quality has remained just as good. Keep up the great work!
