Carvel - Levittown

I highly recommend this place! My husband and I stopped by for some ice cream, and we were greeted by a very friendly staff. One team member was especially kind and gave me two cups for my melting cones. I didn’t catch his name, but I truly appreciate his thoughtfulness towards customers.

I ordered a single scoop of coffee (cold brew) ice cream, but it didn't taste like coffee at all. The only flavor was sweetness, and there was no hint of coffee whatsoever. I definitely won't be getting coffee ice cream from here again.

The ice cream is always fresh, the staff are friendly, and the establishment is impeccably clean.

I 'm so sad that I didn 't get the name of the man who helped me, but I asked them if they had coconut he said coconut shavings ONLY, no ice cream. HOWEVER, this young man went above and beyond and gave me coconut shavings, vanilla ice cream, coconut shavings, and then the cookie dough pieces I had asked for as well. We bought our first birthday cake there. We had two pictures on the same cake. They did a great job with the cake. Price was fair and staff was super accomodating and answered all of our questions patiently. More importantly, the cake was ready on time and it exceeded our expectations. We hope to be there soon as long as they keep up the good work.
