Crespo's Fratelli's Pizzeria

I ordered a large lunch for delivery at 11:30 AM, but it arrived over 45 minutes late.

I tried out Crespo's Fratellis in Levittown for Pizza Friday. I thought the pizza was quite good. The dough, sauce, and cheese were standard but had nice flavors without anything overly distinctive. The chicken was well cooked, nicely seasoned, and had good breading, though I prefer a little more crispiness on the bottom. The Parmesan cheese wasn’t very pronounced. Overall, I’d rate it an 8.2. They also have a chicken mango habanero pizza that sounds intriguing!

The food was cold and unappetizing when it finally arrived, thirty minutes late. I reached out to the restaurant, but they refused to take any responsibility, claiming it was hot when it left their establishment. If you're going to offer delivery, take accountability for your drivers.

I 've ordered from Crespos a few times but, while tasty, I am very disappointed in the food this time. I ordered their Crab Raviloli Dinner and it barely had any food in the container. I called them and their response was Well we put 5 ravioli in it . Had I been screaming about it I 'm sure they would have tried to fix the problem but since I was calm they brushed me off with that 's just how it is and didn 't help. In addition I ordered a Dr Pepper and they brought a Coke and the salad was wilted and browning, not sure if I will order again, especially given their poor excuse for customer service.

No matter how many times I order different pizzas for my family. I hope they will taste decent tonite We ordered a Sicilian square pizza it was overcooked and dry I felt like I was eating a dirty sponge it was so dry and overcooked. I called and asked for the owner. his answer was We should have ordered more sauce ?are you freaking kidding me!!! If it was made correctly the first time. He wouldn't received our phone call. with so many business wanting orders you think he would appreciated our order !! Trust me pizzas stores are a dime a dozen!! I like to support my local business but with an attitude like his I will spend my money elsewhere not worth the aggravation!!! I will no longer buy from Crespos again they lost us as customers!!!
