La Vera Pizza No 2 - Levittown

My friend and I ordered the pasta primavera at this restaurant, which was supposed to come with angel hair pasta in a garlic butter sauce. Unfortunately, the dish was a big disappointment as there was no garlic or butter flavor at all. It seemed like the dish was prepared by a inexperienced cook who didn't know how to properly season the food. I have culinary training myself, but due to being sick with covid, I couldn't believe how poorly executed this dish was. In my opinion, it was one of the worst dishes I have ever had. I have previously ordered pizza and calzones from this place which were good, but I will definitely not be ordering any pasta dishes from here again. It's clear that whoever prepared this dish lacked the expertise to create a proper garlic butter sauce. I highly recommend that they hire a more skilled cook to improve the quality of their pasta dishes.

I ordered gnocchi and cake at the restaurant tonight. The gnocchi arrived undercooked and had a rubbery texture, similar to pulling playdough. When I called to inform the restaurant about the issue, the lady who answered the phone was very rude. Despite being loyal customers who have ordered from there many times, we will not be returning due to the poor customer service experience.

The food at this restaurant is delicious, but the service could use some improvements. My favorite dish is the street food platter.

We always order from there and pick it up, it's really great in that. but there are times when eating is so terrible that we can't eat, we burned pizza. when we asked them to tell them about it, the woman who answered the phone was gloamous and unbearable. there were times that we have called about the order to be wrong or something else about boiled, the heart who always apologize, but always promises the next order will be better and offers a discount for the next time. I am not sure if the personal is familiar with the items on the menu, yesterday evening I ordered: a chicken cheese steak wrap, after the menu it had cheese, green paprika, wobble, mushrooms with salat and tomato. I asked for extra cheese and no mushrooms. since I got him home and opened it, it wasn't at all what should be, I got away over boiled grilled chicken with salat and tomaten, the huh was so dry, it was like satin wood chips... I actually have a splinter in my rubber of it. the rest of the family complained their chicken was also dry and boiled over. they were closed at this point. the next day we called to let them know if it had not been dry and cooked over, we would have eaten it without complaining, as we do in the rule if still delicious. but it wasn't! the man offered to order again, but with 30% discount! All right! I would be so glad that I would have my much expected wrap! this time we have delivery. Well, this time, there was no pack at all. also the chicken cheese steak has no paprika or swash and no salat and tomaten. and it was still dry! Maybe I add that I am diababetic, which is why I didn't want a pack to roll....as always it is as it was written on the menu. chicken cheesesteak wrapshredded huhn steak boiled with planks, green paprika, mushrooms, salat and tomatoes.$8.50

Good pizza. Easy to get to. And the price of any size pan pizza.
