Wendy's - Levittown

This is probably the worst service I have ever experienced, and I work in retail! I understand that Friday afternoons are very busy and there may be a wait, so I ordered my food early through the app. However, every car ahead of me waited up to 10 minutes. It made no sense to wait for my food if it was done right, but unfortunately, when I picked up my order, the lettuce and tomatoes I paid for were wilted and the fries were burnt. I had to ask three times for a spoon while waiting in my car, as the window attendant was too busy chatting and laughing with a friend. I tried to complain to the restaurant about the mix-up and my allergy, but there was no number to call. When I finally found a customer service line, it was inoperable. This terrible service was unexpected from a fast food establishment that promotes fresh food and excellent service. Overall, a disappointing experience.

This is by far the worst restaurant in Levittown. The food is consistently terrible and it's questionable how often they prepare fresh fries. I'm surprised the health department hasn't shut this place down yet.

I initially mistook this place for a sit-down restaurant, but was asked to go out and grab my wife a Big Mac. I inquired if they could make one for me, and they kindly obliged. When I arrived home, the burger was perfectly prepared and my wife was pleased. Thank you for helping me rectify my mistake - happy wife, happy life. You guys are awesome!

They were friendly and very fast with my order anlso as it was the midday.

It's a Wendy's... However this one is a bit slower than others and the one in farmingdale just about 2-3 miles east has always tasted better/fresher. Also the interior is a bit dated/uncomfortable, but is a very old building. Hell I remember when it was a Roy Rogers in the 80s and early 90s.
