Keystone Pub Patio Lewis Center

My wife and I stopped by for a cold beer and ended up having two on the patio. We decided to order a pizza for takeout, and the waitress told us it would be ready in a few minutes. So, we gave up our seats thinking we could just go inside, pay, and grab our pizza before leaving. However, after waiting 15 minutes, we still hadn’t received our pizza. Our original waitress came back to check and reassured us it would be out soon. Another 10 minutes went by with still no pizza, so I asked a different waitress about it. She checked and informed me that they had only just put the pizza in. At this point, it had been over 50 minutes. Frustrated, I decided I didn't want the pizza anymore. They did comp our beers and the pizza, but took our tip. I hate to be overly critical, but the service was really disappointing.

Extremely loud. Potato skins were not fresh.Beer not very cold. I've eaten there before and it's been decent. Not this time.

Our server was incredibly friendly and attentive. We just dropped by for a couple of cocktails, but we had a fantastic time!

The staff, service, atmosphere, food and local regulars are all awesome! Love it all! The added music entertainment on weds thru the weekends has been great. Keep it up.

Very loud inside so we sat at an outdoor patio table and to no fault of the staff we were at a long table and a group of parents with kids baseball team) sat at our table- they were extremely loud, they let their kids run around all over the patio knocking the table, knocking our drinks. It's sad that the parents not watching their children makes us not want to go back at least to the patio.
