Sarah's Pizza Lewisburg

I order from this restaurant roughly every two weeks, and I can say that the service is consistently good. The delivery time is about average; I’ve never noticed it taking long enough to be a concern. The food quality is decent, around the average level of ingredient quality you might expect. It’s definitely better than what you’d find at Domino's. I’ve never been let down by my orders. Each time, the service has been quite quick and the staff is friendly, not rude, and very prompt—similar to other comparable establishments. The restaurant itself is in an older building, but the kitchen area is clean. They follow proper hygiene practices and the food preparation areas are well maintained. Overall, my experience has been about average.

The food is decent, but the prices are outrageous, and the service is abysmal. I live in Lewisburg, and when I order a pizza at 5 PM, it doesn't arrive until 6:30. A friend of mine used to work there and mentioned that they often left the phone off the hook. I tried to place an order for half an hour before they finally answered. Sarah's Pizza has lost my business.

This restaurant is absolutely disgusting! It is incredibly dirty and poorly maintained. If you knew what was dripping onto your meat before it goes on your pizza, or that the staff don’t even wash their hands after using the restroom before preparing your food, you would definitely reconsider eating here. I've heard great things about this place in Brookville, but it urgently needs new owners or management, or it should shut down before someone gets seriously ill. I live in Lewisburg and would rather travel to another city for food than bring my two toddlers to this poorly managed establishment.

Pizza's okay, the subs are really good. Terrible customer service. You sound like they don't want your service when you call him.

Good food, especially the sub breadsticks. Horrible service. My husband I always beg one another to do the calling in because they are so rude. The only reason we continue ordering from this location is because we don't have many other options that will deliver to our town. Every once in a while we will get someone nice on the phone but the majority of the time it's a lady who sounds like she doesn't want or care for the our business is annoyed we are ordering period. Others have said the same thing. We are normally very polite people when dealing with food service because we both have been in the food service business before. In my opinion they should thank me even say have a good day or something along that line but we rarely get that from there this past time I called I thanked the lady on the phone wished her a good evening she didn't say anything at all. That's not the first time either. Bad customer service is a pet peeve of ours. They need to work on it. Fix the customer service it will be a pretty great place!
