Apple Granny - Lewiston

I absolutely love Apple Granny! I always get the baked Schellfisch with potatoes and coleslaw, and it's consistently excellent. My husband is a fan of the chicken wings. The bar area has a warm and friendly atmosphere, and the restaurant itself is a comfortable spot for a cozy dinner. The service is fantastic—attentive without feeling rushed. It's a popular choice among locals, which speaks volumes!

You serve the best fish fry I've ever tasted, and the customer service is outstanding!

We started off with potato skins as an appetizer, and then I ordered the Baby Back Ribs (see photo), which were excellent—perfectly trimmed with minimal fat and beautifully presented. I paired them with a salad and fries, which were also tasty, especially with the addition of some malt vinegar. I can't recall what my mother-in-law and wife ordered, but they both enjoyed their meals as well. To finish, we shared a Chocolate Lava Cake for dessert, which was a hit with all of us, and I particularly loved the Apple Granny. The menu had a wide variety of options, all of which sounded delicious, and it delivered an exceptional dining experience. This restaurant definitely earns a five-spoon rating!

Pretty good. The staff was nice and friendly and there was a selection in the menu. I remember that they basically had what a flowering onion was as an appetizer and it was delicious. It was very recommended with an amazing diving sauce! The food was good, the staff was friendly, and the place was very clean.

Great Food Friendly Staff !. The atmosphere is a bit out dated but since were are in a historical town it wasn't that bad. I'm not a fan of restaurants with a lot of clutter. The food was generous and very well prepared. We had Kobe Beef Burgers that were outstanding. We were not a fan of the battered fries. If you are going to go to the trouble to serve Kobe Beef.at least make fresh cut fries to go with them.
