Great place to eat the food is good and the staff is very friendly and helpful. It was always a pleasant experience with Big Jack's. No matter who there is, you get exceptional service. Even if we have a complaint, don't they just change it right with a smile? Very recommended

Tender, juicy meat with a wide range of sides available for you to choose from. Fresh roasted okra is available upon request. Excellent prices. There’s nothing to dislike! We’ll definitely stop by if we’re in the Dallas area. Don't miss out on this place!

We went to Big Jacks for dinner with family. The meat-loaded baking potatoes were good as the sausage. The sandwiches and baked potatoes were good value. The 1, 2 and 3 meat plates were better than other BBQ joints, but still pricy for the food you get.

BBQ was very tasty, well smoked, well seasoned, and ribs were fall off the bone. The brisket was very dry however. I had the pork, ribs, and brisket with two sides. Coleslaw, like nearly every BBQ place I?ve tried was needing of salt and pepper. Mac and cheese was flavorful with some garlic and onion notes which I?ve found to be uncommon. The food was fresh and hot even on a slow day. Service is friendly and atmosphere is a great hole in the wall feel. Will definitely come back with a more well-rounded review.

Driving home and wanted some dinner? I saw this place and decided to give it a try! Walked in and was greeted immediately, the food looked fresh and it smelled absolutely amazing. I got everything to go and it hit the spot! Will definitely be back to try the rest out
