The only reason I am adding one star is because THE EMPLOYEES not THE MANAGER GIANNI assisted in making the customer happy. Gianni not only refused to correct an order he took he responded with You 're going to have to wait ! He 's clueless as to what a crispy chicken salad is and it 's literally advertised on their menu. Not impressed at all and my family and I have gone here for 5+ years. Very disappointed and Gianni needs help running a business. I 've not been one to complain to corporate but had to on this one. Will NEVER be back.

Older Braum's but worth going in because service was awesome! Small Heath bar mix with tons of Heath bar.

Food was great the employees that helped me were rude and made a very off putting comment to me that could be taken as racist

Double cheeseburger, no tomato, extra pickles. This is all you really need.

Love the idea of having a shake with my burger and not being charged more.
