Dairy Queen - Lewisville

We waited about 15 minutes for two burgers and some chicken strips. When we finally got into the burgers they were boiled into something similar to a slice of coal. We have tried to give this place a chance for the last few months, but it has become worse and worse, not at the point where the food is almost impossible. Do not visit this place. Try your luck somewhere else.

Soft serve is always on point. Although it took a little on the long side from what I would personally think it would take to make 3 Sundays, but overall worth it.Parking: Decent sized parking lot, never seen it full.Wheelchair accessibility: Ramps to door and parking spots

I get more and more disappointed each time i go. Im charged correctly for what i get. But unfortunately its not what i ordered. Like a cookie dough with added heath in a medium. But i get a small just cookie dough. And charged for a small. Fine what ever. Maybe i didnt need a medium. And the mix is never all the way down. Half the cup is not mixed. Its just plain vanilla. Disappointing.

This has always been a great place to eat! Food is good and the people are great! You can’t go wrong eating here!

They make their own ranch and it's disgusting! Every other DQ uses hidden valley ranch and it's great! This places makes congealed flavorless white thick mess they sell as ranch! It's gross and being its congealed/smells weird I'm not even sure it safe to eat! Stop cutting corners and cost (management or owners) I have Specifically driven out of my way to go to a different Dairy Queen, so that I don't have to eat their nasty dipping sauces.
