Subway - Lewisville

5 stars! I wish I could give more! I have been recovering from a meniscus surgery, and the staff here always provide outstanding service whenever I visit. They never judge me or treat me differently, especially the lady at the checkout—she's always so kind! They recognize me and have been incredibly helpful. The food and cookies are delicious, as always! The place is beautiful and clean. Highly recommended!!

One of the staff members gave my daughter a buffalo spicy chicken sandwich, but she couldn't eat it. It tasted like it came straight from a dog’s mouth; it felt like terrible food for a restaurant. I would rate it 1 out of 5.

The staff had limited English skills and weren't familiar with proper wrapping techniques. The packaging was too small, so I had to repackage everything myself.

This place has terrible customer service. Never enter these doors again. Cashier had an attitude because the previous customer asked a lot of questions, then it took on me. Owner/Manager felt that since I was a person of color, this behavior was okay. I would say customers of color beware.

This is somewhere I don't usually go....I think it's because I'm often disappointed. The sandwich was fine... but, the cheese cost $1.50 extra(mozzarella). Apparently, it's on the menu as an upcharge, but I didn't see it there. Either way, it was a lunch.
