Bojangles' - Lexington

I never leave bad reviews, ever. But we waited in line for twenty minutes without being acknowledged, with a long line of people also waiting to order behind us. I had to ask if someone was going to take my order. They were extremely rude, and mad that Iasked. Having worked in food service, I can understand what it's like being busy and short staffed, but the least you can do isacknowledge that people are there and waiting, and also just not be rude. ????

Waited in line after paying for 20 minutes. I wouldn't have stayed it I hadn't paid. By the time I got home, my fries were cold ... and unseasoned!! The seasoned fries are usually the best part. Hire some people!

Against good judgement, I tried their 2 for $4 steak biscuit deal. Just as I thought, nothing like the commercial. Flat as a pancake, mediocre taste, right after the person in front of me had to stop because they got their order wrong I had to also.They forgot 2 of my biscuits and acted like they didn't believe me literally 30 seconds after they handed me the bag.

This particular bojangles use to be the best one around. Not anymore-it?s the worst. We ordered 2 dinners. I simply asked if the mashed potatoes had gravy on top of them. The response I got was I don?t know what you mean.???????. Shows they need muchmore training at their job. This was through the drive through. Got to the window had to wait like 10-12 mins as our dinnerssat on the counter getting cold. Long story short; there were plenty of employees inside in the kitchen that this shouldn?thave happened. They were too busy socializing because we could hear the entire coversation. Got home 1order was completelywrong. The other was cold, the other was not thouroky cook so, it was mushy. Needless to say we had to throw all out. I calledfor an hour off on. No answer EVER. Obviously they had more socializing to do than be concerned about their customers. Btw,there were only 2 other cars there in the line behind us no one inside or in line inside. Posting this so anyone who isconsidering eating here should choose another BOJANGLES.

Food is okay. But what I can't wrap my head around is how at every place in two states I have visited mess with your day. They all give you your drink at payment, then make you wait for the straw in your food? At some places that can be over 10/15minutes, just sitting there staring at that delicious drink and no straw? Up your game Bo
