Írjon visszajelzéstThis is my third time ordering a sub from this place, and it seems like they have a limited supply of mayo. If I request something, please make it as I asked. The bread is as hard as a brick and crumbles when I try to unwrap it to eat. I'm paying for what I want, so please make my sandwich correctly. If you prefer a dry and broken sandwich, that's your choice, but please listen to my requests and fix it accordingly.

Today I ordered 2 subs on the app for pickup. After picking them up and bringing them home, we realized neither of the subs had double meat as paid for. I returned to the location and spoke with the very understanding manager and prep person. I wanted to give them a chance to correct their mistake because we are all human and make mistakes. Both apologized several times and thanked me for giving them the opportunity to make things right. We always like this location and knew this was out of character from what we have experienced before. The redo of the subs were delicious and had the double meat we paid for. Great job. We will definitely continue using this location.
I have never heard of a Subway closing to change shift before, but it has happened twice now and I will not be coming back again.
