Chipotle Mexican Grill - Lexington

The chips we had were stale. The workers were Cleaning (we went towards the night time). There was one employee that wasn't very nice, but other than that, good experience and good food.

Absolutely filthy. There is not a single clean surface in this entire place. The floors have standing water on them, the tables are dirty, the windows are filthy, the employees keep rubbing their nasty aprons and then touching food. Barf.

I had a pleasant experience at the restaurant. The bathrooms were clean, and the staff was extremely friendly. The food was enjoyable, and although there was a bit of a wait in line, they brought in an additional staff member to assist, which helped things move along more quickly and smoothly. It was a bit disappointing that they didn't have lemonade or Chipotle's special drinks, but overall, it was still a good visit.

I dine at this restaurant about once or twice a year. I visited it when it first opened and it was very well managed in the early 2000s. Today, there were eight employees, but only one was working on the food line, which made the service slower than expected. Additionally, the food was a bit watered down. I hope these reviews will encourage management to enhance the customer experience.

My daughter and I visit Chipotle almost weekly, usually going to the Richmond Rd location, which is consistently great, or the Fayette Mall location. On August 29, 2022, we decided to try this location in the afternoon and were extremely disappointed. The portion sizes were significantly smaller than at other locations. Our dishes were barely half full and seemed very light. We won't be returning here, especially when there are other locations that do a much better job.
