Fazoli's - Lexington

Got a spicy ziti W/ chicken. It was dry, barely had any sauce and just one big piece of chicken on top. Cheese was not spreaded out.. at least it was hot i guess.

The drive thru was 9 cars deep so we went inside. It was about a 15 min wait for food but as always everything was delicious. Hot. Salad s were great, just I hit a busy time! Not 5 stars because the person at the counter continued talking to a friend? All thru taking my order,

Hassan is amazing! He greets us with a smile every week and always stops by to say hi and check on our experience! He is the reason we keep coming back!!

This Fazoli's is by far the best I've ever visited. The food arrived much quicker than I anticipated, and I received more than I expected. The service was outstanding, and the food was delicious. I would definitely visit again and highly recommend it. I'm already feeling hungry just thinking about it! I had the basic spaghetti and meatballs, and they were fantastic. My friend ordered pizza, which we shared. All four of my friends agreed that the food here is excellent.

This is one of the best Fazoli's I've visited. The manager was fantastic, and the young woman at the cash register was incredibly friendly. We will definitely return and recommend this location to others. We visited on the evening of April 21, 2022.
