Kfc - Lexington

Bad doesn?t even begin to describe it. Employees and caring on rather than tending to customers. Food came out cold, and items were forgotten. But I suppose not much can be expected from employees that touch food with their bare hands, cough over the foodand walk around with vapes around their neck.

Told me after I paid at drive thru that it would be 5 mins for crispy chicken. Asked me to pull up. 20 mins later I walked in. They said they didn?t have crispy and they were rock paper scissor who would come tell me. Got a refund. This is second time in2 months no crispy chicken at this location. I am NEVER going to KFC. So many better places to go.

I couldn't get pot pie again, so I ordered a Famous Bowl, which had just three small pieces of stale popcorn chicken. My friend ordered three spicy tenders, but they somehow ended up costing $9.00. I will never return to this location; it seems poorly managed. The girl, who appeared to be the only one working during the lunch rush, clearly needs assistance, but unfortunately, management left her in a tough position.

The ordering process was quick, and the food arrived promptly. However, the tables weren't clean, despite the absence of other customers. It seems like a staffing issue. We ended up using our own hand sanitizer and napkins to wipe down a table. The food was tasty and we would recommend it, but don't forget to bring your own cleaning supplies!

In my last four visits to the restaurant, I've been told they don't have any pot pies available. Perhaps they should think about removing them from the menu altogether. Additionally, there was no Pepsi available during my last visit.
