The food was excellent, but it took a long time to be served.

Once we stepped aside, I expressed my frustration to my friend and noticed that the hostess was talking about us to the waitress. Once we were finally seated, the food and our waitress were good, but the hostess's attitude was unacceptable. If they cannot honor reservations, they shouldn’t offer that option at all. I was very disappointed by their unprofessional behavior towards paying customers.

When we arrived, the host was on a personal call (cell) that explains the family here when she was home. As long as it's short, we had to wait. Service was slow, and this is hard to believe as we get three different individuals to our table. I think the manager delivered our food... it was cold. I was here a few times... service and quality is getting worse and worse. I could wait a while before I return.

To make matters worse, he forgot to remove the appetizer from our bill, despite the fact that it was only served after a lengthy wait. It took nearly an hour for our appetizers to arrive, and then our duck appeared just seconds later. The manager seemed surprised when we expressed our dissatisfaction with the service, but after waiting so long, we felt justified in our concerns. While the manager did help with the appetizers, the server mistakenly added an extra item we hadn’t ordered. His overall demeanor was quite unprofessional, and honestly, even a place like Hooters would likely have more decorum. On a brighter note, the food itself was excellent, which is a redeeming quality. Hopefully, that server finds his way to a different job in the future.

Food was very good service wasn't the best as there were issues with a couple of the items ordered, the waiter took care of it at the end though. I called to make sure they had my reservation and the girl in the phone said she couldn't find it but set us up just in case. Our party had a great time.
