Pizza Hut - Lexington

I called in twice and tried to order some wings and pizza and they walked me through and took my address down and everything and then hung up the phone i then called back two more times and they proceeded to do the same thing again. very bad customer service and terrible staff.

Cancelled the order without reason. This location is a joke do not order from here

Ordered 2 pizza's n one was correct n one was wrong. Plus the girl that took the order said they only had one offer but I called to tell them about the wrong pizza n got their answering service that offered me 3 different offers.

Nice people work in the place I like the food is very good...

Im writing this to grovel about Ava the manager at Pizza hut in Tyro. Besides the banging great tasting, smack your momma food, Ava the manager, is so friendly and she has the biggest most welcoming smile. She makes it worth coming in pizza hut everyday. Thanks Ava. Amy James
