The service is always on point. Food is always amazing! The people are always friendly and I love going there

I thoroughly enjoyed all of my choices, except for the Curly Fries. Unfortunately, they were overcooked and had clearly been sitting out too long. I hope that my next order of Curly Fries will be as outstanding as the other dishes I tried.

I ordered the sandwich without any extras, but it came with toppings.

I found it really frustrating that I couldn't make specific changes or submit a special request, even though the option was available. It only added to my annoyance that when I called multiple times, no one answered the phone! Please sort this out; it's quite ridiculous.
