The Snow Shack - Liberal

Just a small place slightly off the main road by Sol Bakery. Great açai bowl and a huge list of smoothies and juices and some specialty coffees! Really enjoyed it!

The best açaí bowl I've ever had. The presentation and care is unmatched, went back every day I could while in Tamarindo. The açaí fruit place is a convenient location but is a bit hidden off the main street. Make sure to follow the sign and visit it!

We discovered this place walking around after breakfast one day and fell completely in love with it! To the point we kept coming back daily. Not only are the smoothies, fresh juices and YES, their iced tea fantastic but the owner's (Vanessa) attitude makes you feel as if you've known her for years. You can taste the freshness of the fruit in every sip of juice or smoothie and a green or black cold ice tea is perfect to enjoy sitting down at the shack or walking around town. Vanessa made our little girl feel very special each time we went there. Even after we left Tamarindo, our daughter kept asking us for Vanessa's tea. Needless to say, The Snow Shack will be a permanent stop in future visits to Tamarindo. Gracias Vanessa!

Great service.. friendly staff, so many different flavor combos and we love the addition of drive up service.. especially during this pandemic..just a quick well done to our fav sno shack staff!!
