BocoPop is my FAVORITE. I love her. I live in Idaho and I am always excited to visit the border. Bubble tea is my favorite and these people are excellent tea masters. Kaleia's newer staff is also amazing. She went out of her way to make our day and was just an angel. So friendly and thoughtful. I love this place. Always. 11/10 recommend and it is SO worth the trip.

Actually never seen a company more focused on providing exceptional customer service. Your drinks are made with a smile, are not excessively sweet, and the food is fantastic. I love her Aztec Mocha and her cream Bru Latte, along with the Avocado Toast. See this place personally and learn more about the best customer service ever.

Updated review: an awesome local boba shop worth checking out and favoriting. Customer service is amazing. The staff are very friendly and thoughtful. They stand behind everything they make. They remade my sisters and my drinks for free when they noticed we weren't 110% satisfied. They can customize drinks to your preference (even sweetness level), which we didn't realize initially. The ambiance is chill, relaxing, and inviting, including a selfie station, fun decor, ample seating, and even an area for kiddos. I love that they have real food on their menu with a range of snacks and meals from sweet to savory. Their protein salad was pretty good. I really appreciated that the milk teas were non-dairy and that the gluten-free, dairy-free food options were filling, satisfying, healthy, and reasonably priced. I'll definitely be back and be recommending this place to others.

Delicious coffee/ boba tea! But the best thing about this place is the people best customer service. They are genuine, kind, friendly and so easy to talk to! Ask any questions and they will explain with ease and remake your drink if it's not what you were expecting. Stopped by before my daughter's hair appointment and the guy who took our order made her a tiny boba without the tea just because I was concerned about her getting caffeine. It was super sweet and thoughtful.
