Dairy Queen Grill Chill

The restaurant does not adhere to its advertised hours. If you arrive during those times, you might find yourself stuck in the drive-thru for a long time without any attention, forcing you to eventually leave without being served. The staff is not punctual, which is quite disrespectful to customers who are left waiting and ignored.

The onions need to be chopped finer. They kept falling into my shirt, which was quite frustrating when I ordered a hotdog!

I was disappointed with our order. It seemed like they hardly included any ingredients in our Blizzards.

This particular Dairy Queen restored my faith in humanity. The service was spectacular the staff were all nicely dressed and polite. My 2 chili dog's were hot and fresh and my coworkers hamburger was something straight from a food blog. My only regret is that I don't live closer to this American IconParking: Parking was a pleasure. I pulled into a designated spot with 2 yellow lines on either side of me. I exited my chariot and proceeded to walk across THE CLEANEST parking lot that I've ever seen. Amazing place. I shall miss it greatly

Ordered two Blizzard's for Dine In, employee preparing food did not wash hands after using restroom.I was drying my hands at the one person sink in the restroom and one of the employees walked right past me and out the door after using the stall of the men's restroom.Whether he washed his hands when he got behind the counter or not the fact he left the restroom without washing his hands especially as an employee is unacceptable, I worked fast food before and you wash them both leaving the restroom because that is obvious and before you put on gloves to prepare/make food in the kitchen. I was disgusted seeing him hand my wife and I's Blizzard to the front of house, we accepted it but quickly left and threw them away in the parking lot. $20 is not worth potentially ingesting any of the bacteria found in a restroom, e.coli etc, nope not worth it and won't return to this location.We were in around 3PM on Sunday 8/19/2023 if anyone from the establishment wants to follow up about this.
