I’ve been here first time at Wednesday and it was good. Little busy but our server was really nice and he was doing excellent work. I really like this food. I got lobster capellini which I shared with my husband and also we took marinara flatbed. 10/10 so good!!!!

The prices are a bit on the high side, but the food is absolutely delicious! The pasta portions were definitely smaller than expected, but the cocktails were excellent, making it worth it. Everyone enjoyed their desserts, but for me, the mushroom ravioli really stood out as the highlight. I would still recommend it!

From the moment we arrived, the menu looked enticing. The decor was cool, the staff were friendly and attentive, and the food was even better. My date and I tried three items from the menu, along with some great drinks, and everything was fantastic—my favorite was definitely the octopus! Next time, we'll have to bring more people so we can sample more dishes. The only minor downside was that it got quite loud when the restaurant was crowded, which made it a bit challenging to converse. Overall, it was a wonderful experience.

Main Street Social is arguably the best restaurant in Libertyville. The food consistently impresses, which is remarkable considering the variety on the menu and the frequent seasonal specials. I’ve never had a bad experience; it’s reassuring to know that when you want to branch out and try something new, there’s always a reliable classic available. Check out the photos if you need proof! The service is professional, and it feels like you’re being attended to by experienced staff. We’ve dined here 20 times since it opened five years ago, and we’ve only had a minor misunderstanding with a new host regarding our reservation, which the management resolved promptly. The ambiance caters to diverse preferences, whether you want to catch a game at the bar with friends, enjoy a romantic date night, or host a semi-private dinner for a special occasion. Duke and his team truly know how to run an exceptional restaurant and consistently deliver a first-class experience.
