The Owl Lichfield

We booked late notice on a busy Sunday, even though they were extremely busy the lady on the phone managed to find us a dog friendly table in the bar. The service was absolutely excellent. We don't normally ask a servers name to leave a...review, however we did with Ian, as he was super friendly and efficient and even went out of his way to get our dog a bowl of water, even though it was very busy. I had a prawn linguine which was delicious! Thank you very much Ian you're a real credit to the Owl!

It was our first visit to The Owl yesterday. The menu was mainly based around Sunday roasts. I had a lovely roast beef and my husband had the pie of the day. Both were excellent. The atmosphere was lovely and the service very good ....Will definitely be visiting again.

Had a fabulous meal yesterday however a customer complained and upset others. This was handled with the greatest respect by front of house Michelle. There are different ways of complaining and you don’t have to be rude this was totally unacceptable. Michelle is a great...host and handled the situation with respect to all the customers. The Owl is a wonderful place to go nice atmosphere and very attentive staff. Food delicious and always abundance of fresh vegetables ‘well recommended’
