We had heard about Cafe Portofino on our previous trips to Kauai, but we hadn't had the opportunity to visit until this time. We anticipated an upscale dining experience...
The food was fantastic! The lasagna was rich and incredibly tender. The fish was exceptionally fresh, having been caught and cooked on the same day. It was delicious! The service, however, was just average.
