Hamura Saimin - Lihue

Amazing! So glad we found this place on Yelp. We went right after we arrived to the airport. Will definitely return next time we visit! Quality comforting noodles and soup was just what we needed after a long flight. The skewers were good too!

The food was okay and the service was terrible. I don't know how this compares to other saimen, seeing how this was my first, but I didn't think it was anything spectacular. The broth was really tasty and the shrimp wasn't bad. The place wasn't all that clean and there is an older lady that wasn't really friendly serving us. We asked for take out and she said okay, but when the food came it was sit down and she she wouldn't wrap it up to go. She didn't really seem she wanted to be there.

Best saimin noodles on the island The broth is to die for. I was wondering if the two sister still run the place I have been away for awhile

This place is a long, long, looooong time favorite! Love the lilikoi chiffon pie, chicken sticks and saimin or udon noodle soup!

Over rated rush you in rush uou out. Very informal i have had better siamin. Dont understand the hype! Crowded seating to boot
