Kukui's Restaurant And Bar - Lihue

Great location with pool side bar. Priced a little high, but it must be because it is located on a resort. Drinks are great. Baked chicken wings are super delicious, but you get 4 for $15. My bars girls were super sweet and wonderful today. My Mai Tai’s were more than just juice like most places.

We have eaten at Kukui’s multiple times. The food is always amazing and the service is always great! Tempura appetizer is a favorite and the Mai tais are delicious!

We had several meals at Kukui's during our stay there, a breakfast, quite a few lunches and snacks, and one or two dinners by the nice fires. The big standouts for us were a grilled Mahi Mahi dish with fried rice for dinner and the pot stickers as a lunch or snack.

Although the breakfast pricing is high (plan to spend about $70 if both people get a coffee and a meal) the food is outstanding. Ever since we ordered the Eggs Benedict, we can’t stop thinking about it. Also, the portions are a good size. As for dinner, they have GF buns which is always a plus! Our meals were delicious and quickly came out. All of the bartenders are great but Tyrone’s happy demeanor makes it an even better experience.

Best breakfast ever! We stayed on the property for a few nights, and our favorite meal was definitely breakfast. The loco moco, roasted rice omelette, and crispy hash browns were all delightful. The portions were large enough to share. Our server was incredibly sweet and full of energy. Highly recommended for a hearty breakfast!
