Hardee's - Lilburn

Visited this location for the first time on 2/21/2021 for a breakfast sandwich (because Hardee?s cookies never disappointed). Unfortunately, the person who took the drive thru order was very rude/nasty (I don't think it was the young lady in the window). We felt as if we had troubled them (for whatever reason). After the deportation/sold exchange, we decided to leave simply instead of dealing with their negative vibes so early in the morning. Customer service was terrible....

Asked the drive thru several times about the advertised buy 1 get second for $1 but they kept telling me it was with a receipt and survey only. Even after I showed them the advert from online and picture on their front window, they still insisted it required a completed survey. If staff doesn't know the existing promo, this is a failure from management. Apparently this place is not ran as it should. Definitely won't come back to this location near home.

Every time I visit this restaurant, they seem to be out of something, and almost always, they don’t inform me before I place my order. For instance, at 8:30 AM on a Saturday, they had no eggs of any kind. On another occasion, at 1:30 PM, they ran out of fries, and I had to wait for my meal only to find out after ordering that there were no fries available. I’m not sure what’s happening there, but the employees’ apparent lack of concern for these issues has made it clear that we won’t be returning.

I was so excited to finally have a Hardee's close to me. First visit disappointed. Twenty people working behind the counter with hardly any customers, and still forgot the hash rounds in the breakfast platter. The entire order was a breakfast platter and one biscuit. Also, the phone number given appears to be the fax number. So worthless.
