Message to the New ownerAll Mcdonalds has Christmas Decorations ? lights, Christmas trees etc ....Why doesn't lachine have yet ?Let's lighten up the place ?

Worst McDonald's. Horrible service. I ordered a happy meal for my daughter. Get home open the box . Only a toy and yogurt. NO FOOD INSIDE! Save yourself the headache don't bother this place is a joke .

The worst McDonald’s I have ever seen. The customer service here is absolutely atrocious. The employees may completely ignore you or not even acknowledge your existence. I know most people in the city will avoid this McDonald’s like the plague, it may as well be shut down at this point. My grandfather waited for a simple Burger for nearly 30 minutes in the drive-through just to be ignored by the cashiers with no sympathy for the long wait times.

Pathetic place. I eat McDonald’s maybe 3 times a year and they have never once got it right. Staff are calm and seem hopeful, but also confused at the same time. The Reno’s are very nice, but they can’t work properly for the life of them. The kitchen staff is stressed out. They’re one cashier preps and get orders ready instead of focusing on their one station. A mess

The food is decent for a mcdonald’s most of the time it’s room temperature i will say tho this one time while i waited for one of the managers to put a new bag for my frappe and it took 5 years another manager agreed to make me new fries but they’re really slow on bagging your order and giving it to you i always wait about 15 minutes for my food for the atmosphere there’s always teenagers or kids running around and screaming so it does get annoying but it’s kind of funny to look at them
