The Gryphon D'or Tea Room

How come I didn't know this place before! Incredible! Food, service, atmosphere. It worth the price. I didn't eat my breakfast and lunch, I came here at 3pm and totally full until the next day?. Absolutely I will go back with my people. You guys amazing! Keep it up ?????

Hands down, the best tea experience! I selected this tea room out of several I researched because it looked warm and inviting, and it did not disappoint! Kate was our server and she was pleasant, and overall phenomenal. From the tea, to the food to the service. Everything was a 10/10 and I took lots of goodies home. I live in the U.S, but I will definitely make this place a staple anytime I am in Montreal!

Warm and friendly service! The high tea was lovely. Very vegetarian and vegan friendly.

Although out of the way from Downtown, this tiny gem of a place owned and managed by Donna is more than worth the journey! My husband, daughter and I had afternoon high tea and everything we ate was exceptional. Scones were fresh and perfect (and she sent us off with 3 just-out-of-the-oven scones! . Jams and scone condiments were homemade and perfectly delicious (butterscotch sauce, lemon curd and raspberry jam were heavenly! . Little cakes and filled phyllo pastry cups were perfect! Donna and her staff could not have been nicer. Our tea experience was perfect and the opposite of the very commercial impersonal experience at the Queen Elizabeth. And the food not even comparable! And the price was right! We’re excited to go back!
