Le Triskell - Lille

We stopped for lunch here having found it by chance on Google maps whilst wandering around the area. It was a good find! The selection of crepes was staggering; mine for example was three thick slices of perfectly cooked duck, with chopped mushrooms and potatoes in a thick sauce the crepe beneath it all was almost irrelevant! Even the standard ham and cheese one was apparently excellent. A couple of Kir Bretons and a nice bottle of Rose brought the cost up to 57 Euros, which I thought was great value for what we'd had. Service was good, the interior of the restaurant a little dark and quiet, but as I say, excellent food.

If you're not a big fan of galettes it's probably not the place for you! However, we really liked it .... there's a huge choice of galettes on the menu. This is a beautifully decorated restaurant with fantastic service (the owner/chef served the desserts himself). Lovely Breton touches cider served in mugs! Nice choice of beer. Lovely relaxed atmosphere.

The service was very friendly here, but the crepes were only okay. They didn't have a lot of vegetarian options. Le Repaire du Lion was better.

If I could put more stars! Discovered by chance last night, the staff is adorable and professional, the order was taken quickly and the service was just as effective. When with cakes and pancakes, they are simply amazing, fine and crispy cakes perfectly garnished. The pancakes chosen for dessert were perfect. When at price they are quite correct, especially when you see the quality of the dishes. I'll be right back!

De succulentes bretonnes toyed and quickly and whose texture is soft and crispy, a charming and friendly couple, carefully choosing their products and their menu. The pancakes are just as copyy but not too many, and the little salted butter caramel must fall. A quality cabbage that can be tasted the oaky aroma of the barrel and an exceptional cider with a slightly smoky aroma that blends perfectly with the roasted taste of the back of the cakes. We enjoyed ourselves and if we have the opportunity, we will return without hesitation.
