Bojangles - Lillington

I go here during the morning breakfast rush on weekdays. It is amazing how dedicated and efficient they are at getting people through the drive through quickly, with good food that matches their order.

Alway amazing service here. Everyone is happy, courteous, and helpful. Also, it is always clean.

Then going here for over 10 years and definitely probably my worst experienceQuickly trying to go through the drive-thru and was asked to pull up then forgotten aboutWhen I went back inside they told me I was waiting on a fresh chicken biscuitWitnessed about six biscuits handing out while I was still waiting before asking for the manager who look like he was still in high schoolOn top of that they messed up our other biscuitAll around bad food service and people just not paying attention

Great place and the best chicken. It's not greasy like other chicken places. Must visit again

Worst Bojangles of all the ones I go to. I dread every time my family wants Bojangles. The people there have 0 personality and people skills. So much so, I have to just guess that our transaction is completed as there’s not even a “have a good one” I have to ask is that everything. The food MIGHT be correct half the time. It clear that management could care less and the people even less than that.
