Peninsula Grill House, Liloy, Zanorte.

Awful food and service. We were left waiting despite being the only customers in the restaurant. We ordered three pizzas, but after 45 minutes, we only received the first one, which had a raw base underneath. We waited another 20 minutes for the other two pizzas to arrive ... but nothing came. We requested a refund for the two undelivered pizzas and left! Mon's Grill Liloy is a place to avoid.

This restaurant has significant room for improvement. They really need to speed up their service. I ordered mostly fried dishes, and I'm baffled by the long wait. I had asked to be notified when my order was ready, and although they agreed, I never received a call after an hour. When I went back, I discovered my order had actually been ready for 30 minutes. I clearly requested a call. Overall, I've had two disappointing experiences here, and I don't think it's worth returning unless I see some changes. The café next door offers better service and tastier food.

Mon's Grill serves the best halo halo in town! However, there were a few drawbacks during our first visit. The restaurant didn't have a generator for power outages, although this issue may have been resolved since. Additionally, the deep-fried chicken primarily consisted of bones.

The service was extremely slow. The utensils weren't properly checked before serving; we were served juice with broken glass in it. The halo halo was good, but I wouldn't recommend the other items on the menu.
