Best hamburgers and fish and chips in the city!!! Love it!! Huge selection of local and imported beer. Very recommended. One of my favorite places in Puerto Viejo.

This restaurant had the best food in Puerto Viejo. The Burgers here were just enormous and full of flavour. We ate here about 5 times during our week long trip because everything we had was amazing! They also have an amazing selection of Craft Beer! I would highly recommend the Burgers, fish and chips, calamari, JALAPENO POPPER and their Surf and Turf Steak Meal! Jalapeno Poppers were to die for! Everything we ate at this restaurant was nothing but fresh! The owner Marcus is a very humble person. Made us feel very welcome and filled our bellies up with his amazing food!

I still can't believe I just ate that wonderful Caprese burger. It was perfect in every way. The bun was even made infused with basil. You can order regular or sweet potato fries. I would venture to say one burger with fries is big enough to share but you may not want to. On street parking. Local and craft beers, daily seafood specials listed on the menu board while hamburgers have separate menu. Staff was pleasant. I'm serious this was the best burger I've had in Costa Rica.

I have eaten here about once a week for almost two months while living in Puerto Viejo. The food is fantastic, and the fish in chips were particularly special. Fresh Caribbean fish helps . They also stock craft beers and the staff are really friendly and great. There is also live music here a couple of times a week. Pura vida

We had breakfast here the Americano from the menu. The eggs were good, toast and butter also good. But the bacon was thin and dry and the sausage links were previously frozen and came out overly crisp. The lemonade was a good choice, freshly made. I give 3 stars because this restaurant, unlike most others, adds the local tax on the price advertised in the menu. If you eat around in this area/country, you will find that it is customary to advertise the price of an entree inclusive of at least the taxes. The prices here are comparable to other nearby establishments that offer a similar dining experience, so the added hidden cost makes this place a little bit more expensive than I believe is deserved.
