Ericos Greek Mezze House - Lincoln

Took my daughter here for her 17th with the family tonight having ordered 5 meze's when booking so plenty of notice to get all the food ready. Arrived at 6pm had 2 small salads olives dips and flat bread brought to us quite quickly so good star but unfortunately that's where the amazing meze experience I promised my daughter for her birthday ended. We ate all that in good order then waited 10 mins for them to bring 2 small plates of hallumi slices and one small plate of Cheese in vine leaves, at theat in seconds, then waited 10 mins for a small bowl of garlic mushrooms. (nothing like only having a couple of sliced mushrooms on yer plate and nothing else to go with it. Then waited another 10 minites before getting throughly annoyed at the lack of food coming that I apologised to my daughter and decided to leave. 3 people working young lady and lad and the obvious Greek guy on the BBQ, they spent most of the time we were there funneling food out to the lads coming in for deliveries, we counted 5 in the time we were waiting between the salad and the mushrooms. Not enough focus on the customers inside, 7 of us and just one other couple. When Gabby owned it, I had a meze there and we couldn't eat the food quick enough before the next course was on the table, and there were 20 in just our party and the restaurant was heaving, she had no trouble handling us all, very joyous night with her. Greeted us when we walked in, constantly chatting with us, plate smashing and even dancing outside on the street to grrek music. Now??? Ericos never even said hello and threw his hands up when I told him I was disappointed, sayi g give it him half price... Erm for 2 salads 10 hallumi sticks, flat bread olives mushrooms and cheese vine leaves £55 don't think so. Bored of writing now so gonna go, typed this having taken my girl to KFC instead and waiting in the car park for our order. Won't be going back.

My wife and I made a reservation for a table for two on Monday evening without realizing that the restaurant is closed on Mondays. When we arrived, we discovered that they had opened just for us, which was fantastic! The food, atmosphere, and service were all excellent, true to its authentic style. I highly recommend this restaurant.

The food at this restaurant is amazing, and the Greek decor is lovely. My partner started with the garlic mushrooms and had the mixed grill, while I had the tzatziki followed by Kleftiko. The waitress was incredibly friendly and went out of her way to make our experience enjoyable. It's a pity we live so far away.

Went here to celebrate my sons 16th Birthday. Fantastic food,Service and atmosphere. Will defiantly be back.

I’d been wanting to visit this restaurant for ages and finally did so last night. It was worth the wait! The lady server was warm and welcoming and let me choose a table while I waited for my friend. We asked about the mezze options as my friend is a vegetarian but I’m not and she said she could cater the vegetarian mezze to include seafood to suit both of our pallets which was great. The staters came out and the homemade dips and pitta were incredible! The flavours were amazing! Other hot starters including Halloumi and garlic mushrooms came out at a leisurely pace and were just as good. We were actually quite full by the end of all of them but had two mains to go; vegetarian moussaka and sea bass. Both came in large portions! The meal was absolutely delicious and the atmosphere was so relaxed and warm. The lady serving was helpful and friendly. I also thought it was good value for money for saying how much food you got! We both left very full! I recommend.
