Cold,late,tasteless, Not cut properly, Will not be ordering again If I could give 0 stars I would £30 for 2 cold pizzas,absolutely disgusting,shameful

We placed the order by the deliveroo app order took some time to prepare, didn't take much longer than anywhere else I've ordered from, but we wasn't prepared for what happened next. Papa John's Lincoln use their own drivers so you don't get tracking, we waited half an hour phone didn't ring, I thought maybe they are delivering someone else's order, another 20 minutes went by so we called in. At 1st the guy said he didn't understand us, we gave over the order number 74*7 asking where it was, he explained they called 3 times and knocked, I explained none of these things happened and he's response was I know for a fact we called, would you like the pizza we aren't making a new one, I argued that the mobile showed no logs of any calls deliveroo was no help. Saying we couldn't cancel and that we would have no food as they tried to deliver money would not be refunded So I was forced in to accepting the order magically the phone rang 2ed delivery attempt. Lucky I got anything for money

It’s been over 2 hours and pizza is still not here yet after being told “it’ll be an hour maybe a little bit more.” It’s not great in comparison to competitors.

I love the freshly made pizza here - not too greasy, just right. And the warm, amazing cinnamon scrolls are a must-try. This is definitely my new favorite pizza spot.
