Wagamama - Lincoln

The food was delicious, but I was unsure about its safety. Unfortunately, I ended up with a stomachache the following day, despite the restaurant seeming to be cautious about cross contamination.

I have visited the Wagamama restaurant in Lincoln twice, and like all Wagamama restaurants, they offer a gluten-free menu. However, I have found that the selection is not very extensive. I always choose the Chicken Ramen, substituting the regular noodles for rice noodles. The limited options make it easy to get tired of having the same thing, but this is more of a critique of the chain as a whole. The staff at the Lincoln location are all welcoming, and it is a pleasant atmosphere for enjoying Japanese cuisine. I hope that in the future, Wagamama will offer more gluten-free options with alternative ingredients, such as using rice noodles in their noodle dishes. Despite this, you can count on a satisfying gluten-free meal every time you visit, as they make a note of your dietary requirements when taking your order.
